The timeline: The project will consist of three phases: design brief, design concept, and final delivery. Each phase will have a specific deadline and deliverable as follows:

  • Design brief: This is where we will discuss your goals, expectations, preferences, and requirements for the project. We will also agree on the scope, style, format, and specifications of the design. This phase will take 1 day, and the deliverable will be a written document summarizing our discussion.
  • Design concept: This is where I will create one or more design options based on the design brief. I will present them to you for your feedback and approval. This phase will take 3 days, and the deliverable will be a PDF file containing the design mockups.
  • Final delivery: This is where I will finalize the design based on your feedback and approval. I will also prepare the design files for print or small files for viewing purposes. This phase will take 2 days, and the deliverable will be a ZIP file containing the source files (AI or PSD), high-resolution files (JPG or PNG), and color codes.

The total duration of the project will be 6 days from start to finish.

The budget: My rate for this project is Rs. 200 per hour, and I estimate that the total number of hours required for this project will be 20. Therefore, the total cost of the project will be Rs. 4000. This includes unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with the final design.

The terms: The payment method will be bank transfer. The payment schedule will be 50% upfront 2000 before starting the project and 50% upon completion 2000 before delivering the final files. It can be done on a design basis as well. Depending upon the complexity of the design, it can be quoted between Rs.1000 to 4000.

 The ownership and copyright of the design will belong to you once the full payment is made.

If the printer profile is correct no need to replace or match the colors; in such case color code automatically matches the given color.

Regarding color matching, Rs. 1000 is charged per color. Depending upon the color type, solid or photo type color, it might take 3-4 attempts. Hence it might take 2-3 days.
